Gabriel is the archetype of what OpenKitchen has set out to achieve for young chefs. Starting his career at Galvin La Chapelle, he immediately realised he would need a more creative outlet, so he started "The Water House Project" in his living room. A year and a half into it, Gabe teamed up with James, now founder of OpenKitchen, and scaled up together at Bert & May’s warehouse in Hackney. The Project caters to 100 guests each week with an 8 course tasting, paired with wines from our friends at WineDog.
